Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leszek Gdowski started the match with the kick off. Lech Gibowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Waclaw Sroki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Byczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leszek Gdowski in the 6th minute of the match. Lech Gibowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfred Byczewski came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Zdrowa SSA's Wladyslaw Chazen. But to his dismay, Wladyslaw Chazen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Wladyslaw Chazen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Byczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Gdowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wladyslaw Chazen in the 34th minute of play forced KS Piast Nowa Ruda's goalkeeper Alfred Byczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdrowa SSA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Lech Gibowski scored to the left of an out of position Waclaw Sroki, making the score, 2-1. Lech Gibowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Waclaw Sroki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Alfred Byczewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wladyslaw Chazen in the 51st minute. Nico de Amorim's late challenge caught a Zdrowa SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nico de Amorim helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KS Piast Nowa Ruda! The referee gave Zdrowa SSA a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benedykt Sokol, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of KS Piast Nowa Ruda's Alfred Byczewski. 2-2. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Lech Gibowski sped through Zdrowa SSA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Waclaw Sroki. When Wiktor Zahemski came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the KS Piast Nowa Ruda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Zahemski couldn't finish the play. 67 minutes into the match, Zdrowa SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Gotfryd came free, but Waclaw Sroki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boguslaw Tychy's late challenge caught a KS Piast Nowa Ruda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boguslaw Tychy helped the player get up and apologised. Boguslaw Tychy hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Alfred Byczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Gdowski in the 72nd minute of play. If Leszek Gdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 75 minutes, Lech Gibowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Piast Nowa Ruda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lech Gibowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfred Byczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Gdowski in the 77th minute of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Leszek Gdowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Piast Nowa Ruda's Alfred Byczewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 79 played minutes KS Piast Nowa Ruda got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Sniegowski. After 85 played minutes KS Piast Nowa Ruda got a freekick which was hit by Lech Gibowski. Waclaw Sroki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Gotfryd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Zdrowa SSA getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Radoslaw Pieknik hit a great ball. KS Piast Nowa Ruda's Alfred Byczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Gdowski in the 90th minute of play. Lech Gibowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waclaw Sroki having to interfere. KS Piast Nowa Ruda walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
