Zbigniew Kanczuszewski's late challenge caught a Atletico Madryt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbigniew Kanczuszewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, KS Górnik Boguszowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbigniew Kanczuszewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Wit Motyl fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rafal Mnich, passed just outside the right post. Atletico Madryt's Dawid Czapski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Czeszejko in the 18th minute of play. Rafal Mnich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Motyl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Atletico Madryt's Grzegorz Frankowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafal Mnich. Rafal Mnich yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 29 played minutes Atletico Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Motowski. After 32 minutes Atletico Madryt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wiktor Moizuk who took care of the corner kick. The corner led KS Górnik Boguszowice's Wiktor Moizuk to fire away a dangerous shot which Dawid Czapski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marek Zawada kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, KS Górnik Boguszowice's Wiktor Moizuk tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rafal Mnich made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Grzegorz Frankowski sent off a good shot on target. Filip Pilarski kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Wiktor Moizuk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dawid Czapski. Atletico Madryt's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 51st minute, Zbigniew Kanczuszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafal Mnich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Motyl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kacper Podwojski took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dawid Czapski. Dawid Czapski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ksawery Czeszejko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kacper Podwojski in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dawid Czapski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Frankowski in the 66th minute of play forced KS Górnik Boguszowice's goalkeeper Rafal Mnich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Atletico Madryt's Dawid Czapski got control of the ball when Kacper Podwojski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Kacper Podwojski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kacper Podwojski might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dawid Czapski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kacper Podwojski ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes into the match, Atletico Madryt's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Czysty came free, but Dawid Czapski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico Madryt's goalkeeper Dawid Czapski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dawid Czapski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Czeszejko in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play Atletico Madryt's Emil Dziurowicz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 82nd match minute, Atletico Madryt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Dziurowicz to maneuver through the defense. KS Górnik Boguszowice's Wiktor Moizuk shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dawid Czapski but with some difficulty. 92 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Boguszowice's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Frankowski came free, but Rafal Mnich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KS Górnik Boguszowice's Ksawery Czeszejko got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kacper Podwojski succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The Atletico Madryt supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KS Górnik Boguszowice's performance. The match ended with a win for KS Górnik Boguszowice.
