Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zdzislaw Kaznocha kicked off to start the match. Karol Wysocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Radowit Lepper fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mierzno's protests and gave Radowit Lepper a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mierzno getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Radowit Lepper hit a great ball. When Emil Paprotny came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Liverpool fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Paprotny couldn't finish the play. Kazimierz Piatek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tytus Szostak having to interfere. If Karol Wysocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Karol Wysocki made a precise shot to the right of Wit Robak. Mierzno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Emil Paprotny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wit Robak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Emil Paprotny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Liverpool booed when Mierzno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radowit Lepper didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool's zone, Zdzislaw Kaznocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tytus Szostak came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Kaznocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tytus Szostak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Kolano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Karol Wysocki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mierzno the free kick. If Zdzislaw Kaznocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Tolek Kolano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tytus Szostak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Liverpool's Kajetan Gdowik got a free kick in the 46th minute. Karol Wysocki fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 48th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The Mierzno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Liverpool were winning 0-1.

Kazimierz Piatek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mierzno's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Karol Wysocki scored to the left of an out of position Wit Robak, making the score, 0-2. 71 minutes into the match, Liverpool's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Kaznocha came free, but Tytus Szostak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Paprotny kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Zdzislaw Kaznocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Tytus Szostak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zdzislaw Kaznocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Liverpool players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
