The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. IHATAHI TEAM's Leszek Cwojdak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Rozanski in the 8th minute of play. Leszek Cwojdak was a little too slow when Boleslaw Ziombkowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbyszek Wojtowicz during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Zbyszek Wojtowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Boleslaw Ziombkowski came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Unia Targowa 95 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boleslaw Ziombkowski couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Ziombkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Cwojdak. IHATAHI TEAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boleslaw Ziombkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 43rd minute, Unia Targowa 95's Igor Rzegotka ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leszek Cwojdak. Leszek Cwojdak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. 47 minutes into the game, Unia Targowa 95's Igor Rzegotka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leszek Cwojdak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcin Zyskowski to make the kick off. Unia Targowa 95's Wlodzimierz Niedzwiecki got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Rozanski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Leszek Cwojdak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leszek Cwojdak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boleslaw Ziombkowski in the 60th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Pawel Brytka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Majorski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Igor Rzegotka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Cwojdak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Unia Targowa 95 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacy Cholewa to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artur Rozanski in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leszek Cwojdak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute, Bernard Skirzynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leszek Cwojdak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boleslaw Ziombkowski in the 81st minute of the match. When Ignacy Cholewa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. The supporters of IHATAHI TEAM booed when Unia Targowa 95 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Cholewa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unia Targowa 95's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Marcin Zyskowski scored to the left of an out of position Piotr Majorski, making the score, 8-1. Wlodzimierz Niedzwiecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Unia Targowa 95 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
