Zbigniew Kornaszewski made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Cezary Brodzki sent off a good shot on target. Waldemar Kiewra hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Gubin's Zula Niziolek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Podolski in the 9th minute of play. Zbigniew Kornaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Brodzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to Jungingen getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Leonard Harasimowicz hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Bernard Kostrzewski could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Zbigniew Kornaszewski however easily saved by the left post. If Boleslaw Joks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomir Seliga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zbigniew Kornaszewski. Jungingen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karol Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Zula Niziolek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbigniew Kornaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Brodzki in the 32nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Cezary Brodzki took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Zbigniew Kornaszewski to make any attempt to save it. Jungingen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Cezary Brodzki scored to the left of an out of position Zbigniew Kornaszewski, making the score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cezary Brodzki to strike the kick off in the second half. Zdzislaw Kolbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zdzislaw Kolbert might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zula Niziolek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zdzislaw Kolbert ran back to his position shaking his head. Karol Podolski in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zula Niziolek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 84th minute, Witalis Jajecznica reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zula Niziolek. The goal made the score 3-2. Zbigniew Kornaszewski came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Gubin's Bernard Kostrzewski. But to his dismay, Bernard Kostrzewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. When Gubin's Bernard Kostrzewski in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jungingen's goalie prevented a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jungingen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gubin.
