Ludomir Podwojski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Igor Dulemba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Jonik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Witomir Niezywy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Wielopolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Marian Wielopolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Zatorski in the 33rd minute of play. Marian Zatorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Wielopolski having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Sztum left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jonik.
