Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Roch Kaczorowski made the kick off and thus started the match. Juliusz Percha charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juliusz Percha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Bydgoszcz:s Wasyl Fudalej showed great skill when he stopped Szymon Urban:s penalty. The supporters of Podborcze booed when FC Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Kilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wasyl Fudalej made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korneliusz Sowa in the 13th minute. Filip Kostka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mariusz Glozor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Podborcze's Filip Kostka in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bydgoszcz's goalie prevented a goal. Roch Kaczorowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Igor Grondzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Kostka in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wasyl Fudalej saved FC Bydgoszcz from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Szymon Urban got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wasyl Fudalej quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Podborcze's Bogumil Mierzejewski in 43 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Wasyl Fudalej guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Mariusz Glozor hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes FC Bydgoszcz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szymon Urban who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Podborcze's Bogumil Mierzejewski to a score. 1-0 in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Kostka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Korneliusz Sowa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wasyl Fudalej showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Kostka in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Podborcze's Szymon Urban got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 62 played minutes, FC Bydgoszcz's Wawrzyniec Tomiczek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Igor Grondzki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Bydgoszcz reached it. When Podborcze's Korneliusz Sowa in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bydgoszcz's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot by Konstanty Szotek from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Igor Grondzki's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Roch Kaczorowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC Bydgoszcz's Roman Misiorowski got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Korneliusz Sowa came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Podborcze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korneliusz Sowa couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute Filip Kostka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Fudalej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Korneliusz Sowa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wasyl Fudalej. FC Bydgoszcz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Korneliusz Sowa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Wasyl Fudalej showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Sowa in the 86th minute of the match. Filip Kostka struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Wasyl Fudalej didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Podborcze. In the 94th minute of the match Feliks Lodowy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wasyl Fudalej showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 95 played minutes Podborcze got a freekick which was hit by Wawrzyniec Mruk. In the 98th match minute, Podborcze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wojciech Miarka to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Podborcze had won after a very even match.
