When Gwidon Juszkowski came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Wawelno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwidon Juszkowski couldn't finish the play. Roman Ludzia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislaw Palzewicz having to interfere. Kazimierz Miodek kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ignacy Anszczak was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Sobiechy SSA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With an all-out effort, Sobiechy SSA's Stanislaw Palzewicz threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ignacy Anszczak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Roman Ludzia struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Stanislaw Palzewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sobiechy SSA.
