Juventus Turyn:s Jurand Bendyk showed great skill when he stopped Radowit Pliszka:s penalty. Jurand Bendyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radomir Tokarczyk's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Jurand Bendyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Tokarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. FC Barcelona's Boruc Matuch managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Juliusz Orszak in the 29 minute of the game. Radomir Tokarczyk scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jurand Bendyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaroslaw Snaza to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Olaf Dunajski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Turyn succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Barcelona had controlled the match.
