He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC MARBAL reached it. If Kacper Falk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Barnaba Bejger made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in KS Start Działdowo's zone, Barnaba Bejger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Kasperowicz came out of the goal and Barnaba Bejger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KS Start Działdowo! Walery Kasperowicz was a little too slow when Kacper Falk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-3. After a rather tough play, FC MARBAL's Zdzislaw Nakoneczny got a free kick in the 74th minute. Barnaba Bejger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walery Kasperowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Start Działdowo's goalkeeper Walery Kasperowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Szymon Wiatrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Golota in the 94th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Korneliusz Byczewski during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KS Start Działdowo booed when FC MARBAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 100 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korneliusz Byczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball.
