He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zbydniowice reached it. 23 minutes into the game, Zbydniowice's Dawid Cichewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Ruzicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Roman Ruzicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dawid Cichewski in the 25th minute of play. Brzozowskie SSA's Ryszard Czerniejewski got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Zbydniowice's Edmund Bielenda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Ruzicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Ryszard Czerniejewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Ruzicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Bielenda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Brzozowskie SSA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zbydniowice were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dawid Cichewski to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Zbydniowice's Pawel Janiczek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roman Ruzicki. That made the score 1-4 after 51 minutes of play. Pawel Janiczek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Roman Ruzicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pawel Janiczek, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 69 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Roman Ruzicki was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zbydniowice's goalkeeper Tytus Skoroda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Zbydniowice's Dawid Cichewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The audience was convinced that Dawid Cichewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Ruzicki was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Roman Ruzicki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dawid Cichewski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 91 minute of play. The supporters of Brzozowskie SSA booed when Zbydniowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Niemoj didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zbydniowice eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
