Wiktor Fetor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Czysty, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jacek Czysty might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wiktor Fetor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacek Czysty ran back to his position shaking his head. Podgajew's Wiktor Pietras got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Wozniak in the 30th minute of play forced Podgajew's goalkeeper Remigiusz Karaszkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Miniewicze SSA's Radoslaw Seliga got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes Miniewicze SSA got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Seliga.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Wozniak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Miniewicze SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wiktor Fetor should have stopped the shot. Miniewicze SSA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
