When Ludomir Kanczuszewski fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Branewka's protests and gave Ludomir Kanczuszewski a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Branewka got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Kanczuszewski. Filip Glembin charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Glembin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 45 minutes, Filip Glembin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kostrza SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Glembin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radoslaw Duda to make the kick off. When Filip Glembin came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Kostrza SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Glembin couldn't finish the play. Wlodzimierz Olejarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Kostrza SA's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Kostrza SA may have spent more time on the ball, but Branewka were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
