The supporters of El Opo Ardo booed when Juventus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Golaszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute Miroslaw Czerny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Ligas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Robert Bartoszek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Juventus defense, Miroslaw Czerny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radomir Ligas. The Juventus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radomir Ligas should have stopped the shot. Dobromir Tylenda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Ligas having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Juventus got a freekick which was hit by Wladyslaw Golaszewski. Radomir Ligas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Tylenda, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Miroslaw Czerny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Radomir Ligas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wladyslaw Golaszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mladen Ruzhinov having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Juventus's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Buda came free, but Radomir Ligas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zdzislaw Gall fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Opo Ardo's protests and gave Zdzislaw Gall a yellow card for diving instead. Zdzislaw Gall hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustaw Starogardzki made a kick off. Juventus's Radomir Ligas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Tylenda in the 52nd minute of play. Waldemar Parzysz hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Karol Pawlak's late challenge caught a Juventus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karol Pawlak helped the player get up and apologised. Juventus's Ludomir Oryniak managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Radowit Huchro in the 61 minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Wladyslaw Golaszewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustaw Starogardzki hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. El Opo Ardo's Zachary Puch was substituted for Leszek Buda. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudi Haan couldn't finish the play. Radomir Ligas was a little too slow when Konrad Maciejewski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-2. Radomir Ligas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudi Haan in the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudi Haan in the 85th minute of play forced Juventus's goalkeeper Radomir Ligas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Rudi Haan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Juventus's Radomir Ligas. Radomir Ligas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radomir Ligas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rudi Haan's shot from short distance in the 91st minute.
