The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patryk Bucyki during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Patryk Bucyki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 35th minute of the match Patryk Bucyki completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Patryk Bucyki a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz booed when Ludowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Bucyki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th match minute, Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boguslaw Kieca to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz's Filip Bendyk got control of the ball when Iwo Glozor tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iwo Glozor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ludowice.
