Kryspin Makarewicz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juliusz Mondrowski. After 34 minutes of play Schönballen's Jacek Waselenczuk was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 34th minute, Jacek Waselenczuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmund Gruchacz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Kryspin Makarewicz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Schönballen's Fabian Drapinski got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Zula Henryk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marian Lagiewniki. Zawadówka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zula Henryk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Schönballen's Kryspin Makarewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Schönballen from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Drapinski made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Schönballen's zone, Przemyslaw Zawaski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kryspin Makarewicz came out of the goal and Przemyslaw Zawaski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Przemyslaw Zawaski might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kryspin Makarewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Przemyslaw Zawaski ran back to his position shaking his head. If Edmund Gruchacz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Cieslak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Schönballen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zawadówka the free kick. In the 67th match minute, Schönballen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Cieslak to maneuver through the defense. Przemyslaw Zawaski struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Kryspin Makarewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zawadówka.
