A collision led to Polonia LW getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Ruzicki hit a great ball. Rafal Wisniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Bartochowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Polonia LW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Wolniewicz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Szaleni booed when Polonia LW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Wolniewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Polonia LW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Frenzel to maneuver through the defense. Robert Rozanski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Konrad Drab. Szaleni's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 36th minute, Lucjan Wolniewicz made a precise shot to the right of Konrad Drab. Lucjan Wolniewicz took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Drab. Konrad Drab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Rafal Wisniewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Bartochowski in the 53rd minute of the match. Szaleni's Roland Bartochowski got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafal Wisniewski made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Roland Bartochowski sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the game, Lucjan Wolniewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Konrad Drab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boruc Lukasik took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Drab. Konrad Drab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jedrzej Kosel during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee showed Tytus Zukowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Szaleni got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Zukowski. Konrad Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Lukasik, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Milosz Frenzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polonia LW's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
