In the 6thth minute of the game Tim Thidén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus Bydgoszcz's Walery Kolacki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Cuber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Gizynski in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12thth minute of the game Tim Thidén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus Bydgoszcz's Walery Kolacki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walery Kolacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Thidén in the 15th minute of the match. Walery Kolacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Thidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Walery Kolacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Thidén in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tim Thidén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walery Kolacki was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. A hard shot 22 in the game by Waldemar Skwira from a close distance when the talented Igor Cuber managed to make a qualified save. Borowa Rzeszów's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tim Thidén in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walery Kolacki saved Juventus Bydgoszcz from getting behind. If Tim Thidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walery Kolacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Thidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Walery Kolacki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tim Thidén's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Tim Thidén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walery Kolacki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Borowa Rzeszów were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Juventus Bydgoszcz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wawrzyniec Waselewicz took the corner. Gwidon Logewnik thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Walery Kolacki, a very annoying self made goal in the 35th minute which led to 0-1. If Tim Thidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Grzegorz Wachna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borowa Rzeszów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Borowa Rzeszów's Tim Thidén got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Gizynski in the 46th minute of play forced Borowa Rzeszów's goalkeeper Igor Cuber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes of play, Juventus Bydgoszcz's Zula Gizynski made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Cuber was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldemar Skwira was the one to do the kick off. Walery Kolacki was a little too slow when Tim Thidén got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-3. With a little luck, Juventus Bydgoszcz's Walery Kolacki got control of the ball when Miroslaw Sienkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Walery Kolacki managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Borowa Rzeszów's Tim Thidén fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tim Thidén's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Walery Kolacki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tim Thidén received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Walery Kolacki came out and tried to block the shot, but Tim Thidén slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Zbyszko Paciuszko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wawrzyniec Waselewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Tim Thidén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walery Kolacki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus Bydgoszcz's zone, Tim Thidén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Kolacki came out of the goal and Tim Thidén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Juventus Bydgoszcz booed when Borowa Rzeszów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Wachna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waldemar Skwira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 minutes, Gwidon Logewnik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventus Bydgoszcz and the Borowa Rzeszów players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Juventus Bydgoszcz fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! Walery Kolacki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tim Thidén went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. Walery Kolacki made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tim Thidén sent off a good shot on target. Juventus Bydgoszcz's Walery Kolacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Thidén in the 89th minute of play. Miroslaw Sienkowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Walery Kolacki firmly grabbed it by the left post. 98 minutes into the match, Borowa Rzeszów's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Gizynski came free, but Igor Cuber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borowa Rzeszów's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
