Thanks to some nice moves Tadeusz Winszman could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Michael Konsel however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, AC MUSTANG ZGODA's Rafal Dresik got a free kick in the 13th minute. Jaanus Škarpa took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaroslaw Fetor. Jaroslaw Fetor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Janusz Debowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venedien SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Janusz Debowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaroslaw Fetor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute Jaanus Škarpa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Fetor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aivo Anton in the 25th minute of play forced AC MUSTANG ZGODA's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Fetor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Sienkiewicz was the one to do the kick off. Janusz Debowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Fetor having to interfere. Konstanty Jarosiewicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jaroslaw Fetor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jaroslaw Fetor made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Barney Keegan sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute Tadeusz Winszman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Konsel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
