The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Przemyslaw Walas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Betonowy in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, CWKS Sokół's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Nevada came free, but Marco Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Aarhus & Targówek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Wolnik came free, but Przemyslaw Walas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Przemyslaw Walas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Betonowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. CWKS Sokół's Marco Corrêa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save CWKS Sokół from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Aarhus & Targówek FC's Marco Corrêa threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patricio Nevada, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Patricio Nevada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Przemyslaw Walas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franciszek Wolnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Patricio Nevada came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Aarhus & Targówek FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Nevada couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute of the match, Patricio Nevada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Corrêa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 34 minutes, Roman Felenak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aarhus & Targówek FC and the CWKS Sokół players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roman Felenak kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Patricio Nevada might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Nevada ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the match, Aarhus & Targówek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Betonowy came free, but Przemyslaw Walas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half CWKS Sokół were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The Aarhus & Targówek FC fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Aarhus & Targówek FC's Patricio Nevada looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to CWKS Sokół getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Marcin Poremba hit a great ball. Patricio Nevada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Corrêa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Betonowy in the 58th minute of play forced Aarhus & Targówek FC's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Walas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateusz Kisielka's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Przemyslaw Walas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Patricio Nevada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, CWKS Sokół's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Nevada came free, but Marco Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mateusz Kisielka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aarhus & Targówek FC's Carlo Graziani suffered a concussion in the 80th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Marcin Poremba fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CWKS Sokół's protests and gave Marcin Poremba a yellow card for diving instead. Aarhus & Targówek FC made a substitution. Lucjan Ludwa replaced Carlo Graziani. A collision led to CWKS Sokół getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Marcin Poremba hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the game, Patricio Nevada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Marco Corrêa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. CWKS Sokół's Marco Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Nevada in the 86th minute of play. After some careless play in the CWKS Sokół defense, Patricio Nevada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Corrêa. The CWKS Sokół fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Corrêa should have stopped the shot. After 91 played minutes CWKS Sokół got a freekick which was hit by Michal Betonowy.
