Spectators: 7431 (Terracing: 5687, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Hjorth started the match with the kick off. Alexander Fagerli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Skorstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Ole Herdlevær ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Fagerli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Konrad Haug dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Henrik Bjørvik, 1-2. If Ole Herdlevær had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oscar Westgård hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Felix Thomas came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Bodda Borg Ballklub fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Thomas couldn't finish the play. Ole Herdlevær sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Thomas in the 39th minute of play forced Eid FK's goalkeeper Alexander Fagerli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eid FK's zone, Ole Herdlevær stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Fagerli came out of the goal and Ole Herdlevær tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ole Herdlevær made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Bodda Borg Ballklub got a corner. Eid FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oscar Westgård ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Bodda Borg Ballklub's Martin Skorstad getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ole Herdlevær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alexander Fagerli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Ole Herdlevær got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 68 minutes into the match, Bodda Borg Ballklub's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Hjorth came free, but Henrik Bjørvik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Fagerli made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Ole Herdlevær sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Reppen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lars Carlson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Fagerli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Carlson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Morten Lydersen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexander Fagerli having to make a save. With a little luck, Eid FK's Alexander Fagerli got control of the ball when Ole Herdlevær tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexander Fagerli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ole Herdlevær struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Alexander Fagerli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bodda Borg Ballklub. After some careless play in the Eid FK defense, Ole Herdlevær kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Fagerli. The Eid FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Fagerli should have stopped the shot. Bodda Borg Ballklub played a much better game than Eid FK and deserved their victory. The Eid FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
