Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Steinar Selmer started the match with the kick off. Øivind Sture made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trond Nesheim in the 3rd minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Nicasio Tiso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Øivind Sture. Fyske FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Tiso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Øivind Sture took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Tiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fyske FF's Tor Bremseth got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Trond Nesheim came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Vasstrand fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trond Nesheim couldn't finish the play. Øivind Sture came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Vasstrand's Trond Nesheim. But to his dismay, Trond Nesheim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Askim got free with Martin Fuglestad in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th match minute, Vasstrand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radostin Perduhov to maneuver through the defense. Jon Englund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Øivind Sture tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stein Kolås took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Øivind Sture. Fyske FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fyske FF's Øivind Sture played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Tiso in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Leonard Fyhn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Øivind Sture showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Vasstrand's goal looked a bit too open when Steinar Selmer came free, but Martin Fuglestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trond Nesheim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Fyske FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vasstrand were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Trond Nesheim to strike the kick off in the second half. Ask Wisth hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Felix Askim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the game, Radostin Perduhov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vasstrand's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fyske FF the free kick. Radostin Perduhov hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Martin Fuglestad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Askim in the 58th minute of play. Vasstrand's Martin Fuglestad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steinar Selmer in the 63rd minute of play. After 63 played minutes Vasstrand got a freekick which was hit by Radostin Perduhov. Trond Nesheim's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Øivind Sture skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 70 minutes into the game, Frode Ringnes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fyske FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vasstrand the free kick. A collision led to Fyske FF getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Frode Ringnes hit a great ball. Øivind Sture stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trond Nesheim's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After 78 played minutes Vasstrand got a freekick which was hit by Stein Kolås. 80 minutes into the match, Vasstrand's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Askim came free, but Martin Fuglestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Øivind Sture showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trond Nesheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Nicasio Tiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Øivind Sture tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Vasstrand's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Askim came free, but Martin Fuglestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vasstrand! Martin Fuglestad had in the 98thth minute some difficulties stopping Theodor Digernes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when Fyske FF's Theodor Digernes after 98 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Vasstrand's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-2.
