Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Rugland BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Langfeldt to maneuver through the defense. David Fossmark's late challenge caught a Mæskelven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Fossmark helped the player get up and apologised. Ask Ersland, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jeppe Birkenes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Frafjord having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Elias Botnen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomas Raa. Elias Botnen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 23 minutes of play, Rugland BF's Elias Botnen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Raa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexander Langfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Stein Dammen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ole-Kristian Fauskanger in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Raa saved Mæskelven from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Elias Botnen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rugland BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Botnen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Raa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the game, Elias Botnen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Thomas Raa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 43 played minutes Rugland BF got a freekick which was hit by David Fossmark. Tor-Egil Erland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Thomas Raa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ole-Kristian Fauskanger's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, Rugland BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Fossmark to maneuver through the defense. Ole-Kristian Fauskanger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mæskelven's zone, Ole-Kristian Fauskanger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Raa came out of the goal and Ole-Kristian Fauskanger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Tor-Egil Erland got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Mæskelven's Arne Karlsen got a free kick in the 65th minute. Thomas Raa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Botnen's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Elias Botnen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Elias Botnen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Raa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Botnen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ole-Kristian Fauskanger came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Rugland BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ole-Kristian Fauskanger couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Ole-Kristian Fauskanger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomas Raa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 86th minute, Ole-Kristian Fauskanger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thomas Raa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ole-Kristian Fauskanger, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Thomas Raa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ole-Kristian Fauskanger in the 96th minute of play.
