Lamgnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ringside FC the free kick. Krister Hjelde kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Lamgnes's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf-Hendrik Ekeli came free, but John-Einar Wisløff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils-Arne Taraldsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trond Fevang's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Daniel Skarbø in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of John-Einar Wisløff, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nils-Arne Taraldsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Hjelde in the 37th minute of play. Lamgnes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Åsmund Løvstad scored to the left of an out of position John-Einar Wisløff, making the score, 1-1. Ole Øksendal hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edvin Åsland made a kick off. Julius Rødsjø received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nils-Arne Taraldsen came out and tried to block the shot, but Julius Rødsjø slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 52nd minute. John-Einar Wisløff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Skarbø in the 56th minute of the match. Lamgnes's John-Einar Wisløff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åsmund Løvstad in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Skarbø in the 64th minute of play forced Lamgnes's goalkeeper John-Einar Wisløff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ringside FC's Nils-Arne Taraldsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Mathisen in the 65th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Kai Erland notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Lamgnes's John-Einar Wisløff. John-Einar Wisløff was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 72 minutes, Kai Erland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ringside FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kai Erland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åsmund Løvstad in the 74th minute of play forced Lamgnes's goalkeeper John-Einar Wisløff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Lamgnes's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Skarbø came free, but John-Einar Wisløff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Åsland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nils-Arne Taraldsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John-Einar Wisløff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnstein Gjengedal in the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Ringside FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julius Rødsjø came free, but Nils-Arne Taraldsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute Julius Rødsjø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Arne Taraldsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ringside FC had played much better football throughout.
