Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lafjord's Thomas Kind started the match with a crisp pass. Kyrre Prytz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8thth minute of the game Thomas Kind who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legia Warsaw's Kyrre Prytz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bent Thorbjørnsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristian Morland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ståle Wikstrøm in the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Legia Warsaw's Bent Thorbjørnsen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The supporters of Lafjord booed when Legia Warsaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halvard Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Storm Villanger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyrre Prytz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Morland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bent Thorbjørnsen in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lafjord's Storm Villanger got a free kick in the 28th minute. Thomas Kind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Kyrre Prytz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Thomas Kind's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kyrre Prytz was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Kristian Morland made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Legia Warsaw's Kyrre Prytz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Kind in the 56th minute of play. With his leg Kyrre Prytz managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Lafjord's Thomas Kind fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kristian Morland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ståle Wikstrøm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Storm Villanger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyrre Prytz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Bent Thorbjørnsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Morland. Lafjord's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bent Thorbjørnsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After having played for 67 minutes, Thomas Kind managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lafjord's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Kind was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Lafjord's goal looked a bit too open when Bent Thorbjørnsen came free, but Kristian Morland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Halvard Eklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Morland was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Jarl Einarsen charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarl Einarsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
