In the 21st minute, Gerben Heesen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weite RKSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Markluiden's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Kuypers came free, but Franck Klasens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Markluiden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Oosting to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 31 minutes, Vincent Kuypers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vincent Kuypers was the one to do the kick off. Franck Klasens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maarten Zoetmulder in the 54th minute. Reinier Hoogenkamp hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. A hard shot 57 in the game by Gerben Heesen from a close distance when the talented Franck Klasens managed to make a qualified save. Markluiden's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Kuypers in the 59th minute of play forced Markluiden's goalkeeper Franck Klasens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Julius Gerrits had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eric Maasland. Weite RKSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julius Gerrits was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After 70 played minutes Markluiden got a freekick which was hit by Bas Oosting. 76 minutes into the match, Markluiden's Julius Gerrits sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eric Maasland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Markluiden's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Kuypers came free, but Franck Klasens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Markluiden defense, Gerben Heesen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franck Klasens. The Markluiden fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franck Klasens should have stopped the shot. Fabian Stühling scored 2-6 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franck Klasens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Weite RKSV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
