Spectators: 7270 (Terracing: 5556, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mitchell Kuypers kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Mitchell Kuypers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raymond Hindriks charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raymond Hindriks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mitchell Kuypers during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Raymond Hindriks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes, Menno de Mol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zadkine FC and the Bruchem players grew even worse after the yellow card. Harmen Teesing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard de Zaaijer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rdth minute of the game Richard de Zaaijer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zadkine FC's Harmen Teesing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Richard de Zaaijer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zadkine FC's Harmen Teesing. Harmen Teesing was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Jim Post fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bruchem's protests and gave Jim Post a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Zadkine FC's zone, Philip de Boer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harmen Teesing came out of the goal and Philip de Boer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Richard de Zaaijer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harmen Teesing was relentless in the 50th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 57 played minutes Bruchem got a freekick which was hit by Raymond Hindriks. Huib Sanders was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 61 played minutes Zadkine FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Rensenbrink. In the 62nd minute, Philip de Boer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harmen Teesing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Philip de Boer's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Richard de Zaaijer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Harmen Teesing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Philip de Boer took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Harmen Teesing to make any attempt to save it. Richard de Zaaijer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Richard de Zaaijer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard de Zaaijer struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Harmen Teesing didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruchem. Philip de Boer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zadkine FC's goalkeeper Harmen Teesing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the game, Richard de Zaaijer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Harmen Teesing was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Zadkine FC's Harmen Teesing got control of the ball when Richard de Zaaijer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zadkine FC's Dennis Rensenbrink got a free kick in the 96th minute. If Philip de Boer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Zadkine FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bruchem were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
