Spectators: 8486 (Terracing: 6366, Seating: 1951, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sjef Wagenaar started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute Barry Zalm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gio Elders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Boer hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Barry Zalm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gio Elders. Hønefoss BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barry Zalm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Flashdynamica's Barry Zalm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gio Elders narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Koen Poels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Barry Zalm put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gio Elders. Wilco Fransen charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilco Fransen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Wilco Fransen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Vincent Bakker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hønefoss BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flashdynamica the free kick. Flashdynamica's Barry Zalm got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barry Zalm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gio Elders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Koen Poels had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gio Elders. Hønefoss BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Koen Poels was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The audience was convinced that Barry Zalm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gio Elders was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Barry Zalm put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gio Elders. When Flashdynamica's Barry Zalm in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hønefoss BK's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Flashdynamica booed when Hønefoss BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Boer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Barry Zalm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gio Elders was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry Zalm to make the kick off. Barry Zalm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute Flashdynamica were awarded a corner. Koen Poels went to the cornerflag to take it. Flashdynamica's Koen Poels was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gio Elders in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 56 minutes into the match, Hønefoss BK's goal looked a bit too open when Barry Zalm came free, but Gio Elders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barry Zalm in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gio Elders saved Hønefoss BK from getting behind. Barry Zalm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gio Elders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Barry Zalm sped through Hønefoss BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gio Elders. Flashdynamica's Xavi Simons was substituted for Michael Scott. Gio Elders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Zalm in the 75th minute of play. Gio Elders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Zalm in the 78th minute of the match. Barry Zalm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gio Elders having to make a save. If Barry Zalm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gio Elders didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Flashdynamica's Barry Zalm shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-9 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 89th minute Barry Zalm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gio Elders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hønefoss BK's zone, Billy de Jager stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gio Elders came out of the goal and Billy de Jager tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th match minute, Flashdynamica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Veldkamp to maneuver through the defense. The Hønefoss BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Flashdynamica were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
