In the 16th minute Wilson de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Oroni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Reinier Jurjens in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kubotai F.C.'s Ignacio Shepherd. In a very dangerous position, a player in Schoonbron fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Fábio Proença had in the 24thth minute some difficulties stopping Jurjen Ekelhoff's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jurjen Ekelhoff took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fábio Proença. Fábio Proença dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ferdi Siepel struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Fábio Proença didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kubotai F.C.. Fábio Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maarten Wortelboer, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Fabrizio Oroni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson de Lima in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Jan Hendrik Deinse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Oroni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Schoonbron's Wilson de Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabrizio Oroni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Fábio Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdi Siepel in the 53rd minute of the match. Atabek Temren hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Reinier Jurjens got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benito Roderigo. If Reinhard Hilhorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Schoonbron's Reinier Jurjens got a free kick in the 65th minute. Fábio Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maarten Wortelboer, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Schoonbron's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jurjen Ekelhoff was slow to take the kick. During this time Kubotai F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Kubotai F.C.'s Ferdi Siepel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fábio Proença came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kubotai F.C.'s Ferdi Siepel. But to his dismay, Ferdi Siepel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ferdi Siepel scored 3-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fábio Proença, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kubotai F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
