In the 6th minute, Vincent Oludimu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adebola Tsehe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Abani in the 11th minute of play. Tolu Fashiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Abani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Adebola Tsehe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adebola Tsehe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Abani in the 25th minute of play. If Christian Abani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harvington's Adebola Tsehe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uwaezu Olowole in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Odebunmi Umukoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nnam Soyinka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Nwachukwu Abdu made a huge save. The supporters of Long Crendon booed when Harvington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sochima Ekpo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Long Crendon's Odebunmi Umukoro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adebola Tsehe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 41st match minute, Long Crendon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odebunmi Umukoro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Long Crendon's Nwachukwu Abdu got control of the ball when Tolu Fashiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christian Abani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adebola Tsehe having to interfere. If Uwaezu Olowole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tolu Fashiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Uwaezu Olowole received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Adebola Tsehe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harvington's Adebola Tsehe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Harvington from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Christian Abani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adebola Tsehe was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Nwachukwu Abdu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolu Fashiro's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Nwachukwu Abdu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nnam Soyinka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69th play minutes Uwaezu Olowole shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Adebola Tsehe and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolu Fashiro in the 74th minute of play forced Long Crendon's goalkeeper Nwachukwu Abdu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Harvington got a freekick which was hit by Ojiofor Lere. Nnam Soyinka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adebola Tsehe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uwaezu Olowole's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87th match minute, Harvington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ojiofor Lere to maneuver through the defense. Uwaezu Olowole sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nwachukwu Abdu came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Harvington's Nnam Soyinka. But to his dismay, Nnam Soyinka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
