Spectators: 6840 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Hickling United defense, Dahiru Otere kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eddy Bamgbelu. The Hickling United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eddy Bamgbelu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Reyeniju in the 8th minute of play forced Ormskirk's goalkeeper Chuma Abbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eddy Bamgbelu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dahiru Otere in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Ormskirk got a corner. Hickling United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Izu Ifesinachi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Izu Ifesinachi made a great header on Ormskirk's corner, it was just that Hickling United's Eddy Bamgbelu managed to reach the ball for a save. Robert Reyeniju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chuma Abbey having to interfere. Ormskirk's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Robert Reyeniju 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. When Chidozie Dunmade fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hickling United's protests and gave Chidozie Dunmade a yellow card for diving instead. Chidozie Dunmade hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Reyeniju in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chuma Abbey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes in the game, Osaze Pama dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 29 played minutes Ormskirk got a freekick which was hit by Osaze Pama. Eddy Bamgbelu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dahiru Otere in the 34th minute of the match. The wind increased when Osaze Pama made the kick off in the second half. Eddy Bamgbelu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osaze Pama in the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Robert Reyeniju managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hickling United's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Reyeniju was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chuma Abbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute Micheal Amadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chuma Abbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chidozie Dunmade hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Osaze Pama got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute Osaze Pama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddy Bamgbelu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ormskirk's goalkeeper Chuma Abbey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dahiru Otere could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Eddy Bamgbelu made a huge save. Chuma Abbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nkemdirim Ogugua in the 85th minute of the match. Osaze Pama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hickling United's Chidozie Dunmade got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Chidozie Dunmade off the ground. A collision led to Hickling United getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Chidozie Dunmade hit a great ball. Osaze Pama recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
