With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Chiavetta in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carsten Schüpfer saved Kakagol from getting behind. F.C.UNLIMITED's Alberigo Chiavetta got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Del Piero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carsten Schüpfer having to interfere. Anfilogino Simonetti took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carsten Schüpfer. Carsten Schüpfer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alberigo Chiavetta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Alberigo Chiavetta managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C.UNLIMITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberigo Chiavetta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carsten Schüpfer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberigo Chiavetta in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carsten Schüpfer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberigo Chiavetta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carsten Schüpfer having to make a save. Carsten Schüpfer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anfilogino Simonetti went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Alberigo Chiavetta sped through Kakagol's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carsten Schüpfer. In the 24th minute Alberto Del Piero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carsten Schüpfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Alberigo Chiavetta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carsten Schüpfer. Kakagol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Chiavetta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Alberigo Chiavetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The F.C.UNLIMITED fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when F.C.UNLIMITED's Alberigo Chiavetta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The supporters of F.C.UNLIMITED booed when Kakagol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Abadia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carsten Schüpfer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberigo Chiavetta went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Asdrubal Estrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carsten Schüpfer having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kakagol's zone, Alberigo Chiavetta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carsten Schüpfer came out of the goal and Alberigo Chiavetta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kakagol's Concetto Di Maio got a free kick in the 70th minute. When Alberigo Chiavetta came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the F.C.UNLIMITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberigo Chiavetta couldn't finish the play. Anfilogino Simonetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Alberto Del Piero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Kakagol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordão Gameiro to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes of play, F.C.UNLIMITED's Anfilogino Simonetti made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carsten Schüpfer was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Carsten Schüpfer managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when F.C.UNLIMITED's Alberigo Chiavetta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Carsten Schüpfer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberigo Chiavetta in the 90th minute. In the 94th match minute, Kakagol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Abadia to maneuver through the defense. F.C.UNLIMITED played a much better game than Kakagol and deserved their victory. The Kakagol players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
