Fabio Bulla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Borromeo in the 10th minute of the match. Fedele Borromeo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fabio Bulla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Forte kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Fabio Bulla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Borromeo in the 32nd minute of play. When Flavio Damiani came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the MESSICANA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Damiani couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, MESSICANA's Fedele Borromeo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Bulla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, MESSICANA's Fedele Borromeo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabio Bulla. Fabio Bulla yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Flavio Damiani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Fabio Bulla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Fedele Borromeo put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Bulla. 62 minutes into the match, Pietra La Croce's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Borromeo came free, but Fabio Bulla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Forte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Cosimo Rosi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MESSICANA's Flavio Damiani got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Bulla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Borromeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Fedele Borromeo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pietra La Croce's Fabio Bulla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Fedele Borromeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domenico Fontana during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Flavio Damiani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Damiani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Bulla having to interfere. Fabio Bulla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Borromeo in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Flavio Damiani managed to get in a good position for a shot. MESSICANA's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Damiani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Bulla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pietra La Croce's Fabio Bulla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Borromeo in the 93rd minute of play. MESSICANA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
