An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Sivieri in the 19th minute of play forced toro united's goalkeeper Cosimo Baur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Migliaro AFC's Davide Sivieri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cosimo Baur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kaká Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Biagio Alba made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Antonello Di Virgilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazinho Tróia in the 36th minute of play forced Migliaro AFC's goalkeeper Biagio Alba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonello Di Virgilio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Biagio Alba. Migliaro AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Biagio Alba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Tróia in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half Migliaro AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes into the match, toro united's Kaká Couto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Biagio Alba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Biagio Alba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mazinho Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Migliaro AFC's zone, Mazinho Tróia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biagio Alba came out of the goal and Mazinho Tróia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Migliaro AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! Carter Lazzaro placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 76th minute of the match Alberigo Mammarella sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cosimo Baur skillfully saved the ball. Amos Bianco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Migliaro AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 80th minute Achille Russo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Alba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mazinho Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, toro united's Mazinho Tróia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Biagio Alba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 95 minutes into the match, toro united's goalkeeper Cosimo Baur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide Sivieri. Biagio Alba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Tróia in the 99th minute of the match. Migliaro AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over toro united's much stronger midfield.
