Ghetto's Franco Amicone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Franceschini in the 9th minute of play. Antonio Renzi struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Cosimo Colasante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghetto. In the 14th minute, Alex Apicella got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alex Apicella's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosimo Colasante was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. If Antonio Renzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Renzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosimo Colasante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Alex Apicella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ghetto's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Apicella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosimo Colasante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabiano Guidoni during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ghetto's Fabiano Guidoni got a free kick in the 24th minute. Torri Di Quartesolo FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Ghetto's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bianco Piscitelli took the corner. Bianco Piscitelli made a great header on Torri Di Quartesolo FC's corner, it was just that Ghetto's Franco Amicone managed to reach the ball for a save. Fabiano Guidoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Renzis short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Cosimo Colasante to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Antonio Renzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Apicella to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Di Vincenzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Amicone having to interfere. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ghetto's goalkeeper Franco Amicone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th match minute, Torri Di Quartesolo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Campana to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Di Vincenzo got free with Franco Amicone in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosimo Colasante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Apicella, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Alex Apicella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Antonio Renzi came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ghetto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Renzi couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, Alex Apicella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cosimo Colasante. Torri Di Quartesolo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Apicella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 89th minute, Alex Apicella got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 99th minute, Alex Apicella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosimo Colasante was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.
