The audience was convinced that Armin Pollastrini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthony Pedroni was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Fontana made a kick off. A collision led to Nosari FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Anthony Ciarrocchi hit a great ball. After 51 played minutes San Damaso AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Pomponio. When Concetto Serra got free in front of the goal in the 53rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Anthony Pedroni was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Nosari FC's Armin Pollastrini ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anthony Pedroni. Anthony Pedroni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 64 minutes into the match, Nosari FC's Armin Pollastrini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anthony Pedroni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Nosari FC's Demetrio Di Giuseppe got a free kick in the 71st minute. Anthony Pedroni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Vierchowod in the 74th minute. Ermanno Martinelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Fontana, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Armin Pollastrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Pedroni having to interfere.
