Flavio Prandini took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cosimo Tonon. Cosimo Tonon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 10th minute, Flavio Prandini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosimo Tonon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Teodori in the 16th minute of play forced Alma Juventus Fano's goalkeeper Enrico Piccirilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosimo Tonon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Prandini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Pagliarini in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosimo Tonon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th match minute, FC New Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulvio Lauria to maneuver through the defense. Fulvio Lauria hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Antonio Colangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosimo Tonon came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Alma Juventus Fano's Flavio Prandini. But to his dismay, Flavio Prandini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 40th minute, Flavio Prandini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute Domenico Pagliarini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosimo Tonon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosimo Tonon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Prandini, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The audience was convinced that Domenico Pagliarini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosimo Tonon was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Antonio Colangelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Piccirilli having to interfere.

Alma Juventus Fano's Enrico Piccirilli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Teodori in the 53rd minute of play. If Antonio Colangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, FC New Team's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Pagliarini came free, but Cosimo Tonon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Colangelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Enrico Piccirilli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenico Pagliarini struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Cosimo Tonon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alma Juventus Fano. Cosimo Tonon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Prandini in the 66th minute. After 67 minutes, Alvise Bravo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC New Team and the Alma Juventus Fano players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cosimo Tonon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Prandini went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Antonio Colangelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antonio Colangelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Piccirilli having to interfere. Claudio Teodori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Enrico Piccirilli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Antonio Colangelo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Enrico Piccirilli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domenico Olivieri hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
