Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bianco Di Mario started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Amedeo Imperiale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Cristofari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Silveri, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Audace Sanvito Empolitana's Teofan Madev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Vittorio in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes in the game, Adriano Di Vincenzo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Teofan Madev having to interfere. Federico Cristofari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Colantonio in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Eugenio Campana got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teofan Madev was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Dave Silveri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Federico Cristofari came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Audace Sanvito Empolitana's Cristoforo Colantonio. But to his dismay, Cristoforo Colantonio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Teofan Madev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bianco Di Mario in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Audace Sanvito Empolitana's Donato Maio got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Carlo Galliani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes Audace Sanvito Empolitana's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfredo Bolognini who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of A.C. MIRANDOLESE booed when Audace Sanvito Empolitana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Di Domenico didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.C. MIRANDOLESE's Eugenio Campana got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Dave Silveri made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Federico Cristofari successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 58 played minutes A.C. MIRANDOLESE got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Cirigliano. 60 minutes into the match, A.C. MIRANDOLESE's goalkeeper Federico Cristofari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Silveri. Audace Sanvito Empolitana's Teofan Madev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Campana in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, A.C. MIRANDOLESE's Eugenio Campana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofan Madev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 73rd minute Bianco Di Mario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofan Madev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edoardo Feliziani kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Enzo Santucci charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enzo Santucci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teofan Madev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bianco Di Mario went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bianco Di Mario in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofan Madev saved Audace Sanvito Empolitana from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cristoforo Colantonio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Audace Sanvito Empolitana's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristoforo Colantonio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Cristofari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. A.C. MIRANDOLESE had played much better football throughout.
