László Moravecz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 47 minutes, Darien Tebar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hyblae FC and the Agort City FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Darien Tebar kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Corrado Contestabile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Li Kai in the 49th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Festuccia to make the kick off. Corrado Contestabile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Li Kai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee ignored Hyblae FC's protests and gave Alfredo Mammarella a yellow card for diving instead. Eigirdas Burnickas took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinando Colecchia. Ferdinando Colecchia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. During the 63rd minute of the match Alfredo Mammarella completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alfredo Mammarella a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferdinando Colecchia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Agort City FC's Ferdinando Colecchia got control of the ball when Amedeo Giancola tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Li Kai came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Agort City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Li Kai couldn't finish the play. Agort City FC made a substitution. Felice Proietto replaced Ercole Caiola. In the 93rd minute, Alexander Giuliani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corrado Contestabile was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Li Kai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
