Angelo Pilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diegotxe Maradona in the 28th minute of play. Diegotxe Maradona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelo Pilla having to make a save. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Carioca FC's goalkeeper Angelo Pilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Angelo Pilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Diegotxe Maradona might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Pilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arrigo Finocchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Castelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 42 played minutes malo 2020 got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Catini. Donato Castelli missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 44 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Arrigo Finocchio right hand side. Wladyslaw Chowaniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wladyslaw Chowaniec was the one to do the kick off. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind malo 2020's goalkeeper Arrigo Finocchio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Carioca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Bottaro to maneuver through the defense. malo 2020's Emilio Lazzaro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Carioca FC. Donato Castelli charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Castelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Carioca FC's Donato Castelli got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Diegotxe Maradona made a precise shot to the right of Angelo Pilla. Carioca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The malo 2020 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carioca FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
