Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ferenc Győrffy got the match started through his kick off. Varasd's László Szentesi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Varasd from getting a goal against them. Ferenc Győrffy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Norbert Vályogos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. László Szentesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Szegedi in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Varasd booed when Nagyvejke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gáspár Fitos didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Varasd getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Imre Füzesi hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Lajos Szegedi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ákos Fejes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of László Szentesi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Norbert Vályogos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferenc Bollobás in the 30th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szabolcs Vargha during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Szabolcs Vargha kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 39 played minutes Varasd got a freekick which was hit by Ferenc Bollobás. Lajos Szegedi might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over László Szentesi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lajos Szegedi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd minute, Gergely Ónodi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. László Szentesi made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Ákos Fejes sent off a good shot on target. The Nagyvejke players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Varasd were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lajos Szegedi to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferenc Bollobás's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Norbert Vályogos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Nagyvejke's Norbert Vályogos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferenc Győrffy in the 61st minute of play. Lajos Szegedi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. László Szentesi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ákos Fejes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Győrffy in the 80th minute of play forced Nagyvejke's goalkeeper Norbert Vályogos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Nagyvejke fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Nagyvejke's Ákos Fejes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. László Szentesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ákos Fejes in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Varasd's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Szegedi came free, but László Szentesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Lajos Szegedi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but László Szentesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Gáspár Fitos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. László Szentesi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
