The supporters of Tiszarád VSC booed when Southampton U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márton Dénes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Tiszarád VSC's Gábor Czibor broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mümtazer Sarvan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zsolt Zombori came out and tried to block the shot, but Mümtazer Sarvan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. Mümtazer Sarvan had several of the Tiszarád VSC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Zsolt Zombori as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lajos Nagy kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Gábor Czibor sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos didn't even have to move. 34 minutes into the match, Southampton U23's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Gergely came free, but Lajos Lantos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zsolt Zombori made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Almiro Queiroga sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Tamás Gergely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Lantos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lajos Lantos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Gergely in the 44th minute of play. Zsolt Zombori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Almiro Queiroga in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Kornél Demeter in the 52nd minute of play forced Southampton U23's goalkeeper Lajos Lantos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kornél Demeter in the 55th minute of play. Zsolt Zombori came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Southampton U23's Almiro Queiroga. But to his dismay, Almiro Queiroga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 60th minute, Almiro Queiroga made a precise shot to the right of Zsolt Zombori. Tiszarád VSC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Zsolt Zombori didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aivar Lipp went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Almiro Queiroga took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zsolt Zombori. Zsolt Zombori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. 74 minutes into the match, Kornél Demeter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lajos Lantos, 7-2. Kornél Demeter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lajos Lantos having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Southampton U23's goalkeeper Lajos Lantos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by András Bollobás. Lajos Lantos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kornél Demeter, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Gábor Czibor came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Tiszarád VSC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gábor Czibor couldn't finish the play. Lajos Lantos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kornél Demeter in the 86th minute of play. Tamás Gergely's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Lajos Lantos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 90th minute of the match, Kornél Demeter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lajos Lantos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kornél Demeter in the 92nd minute of play. Southampton U23's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Kornél Demeter 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 7-3.
