After a defensive mix-up in Siklósbodony's zone, Tibor Virág stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrik Vámosi came out of the goal and Tibor Virág tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Márton Szántó recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lukács Hidegkúti was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Ferenc Kovács capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ferenc Kovács really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Pest Brawlers's goal looked a bit too open when Ferenc Kovács came free, but Lukács Hidegkúti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukács Hidegkúti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferenc Kovács, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Márton Szántó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukács Hidegkúti having to interfere. If Tibor Virág had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Vámosi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Gergely, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Valentin Gergely scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrik Vámosi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ferenc Kovács could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Lukács Hidegkúti made a huge save. With 40 minutes on the clock, Tamás Cseh commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Siklósbodony fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! Henrik Vámosi had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Gábor Mészáros's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Valentin Gergely took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrik Vámosi. Henrik Vámosi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tibor Virág was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Gergely in the 51st minute of play forced Siklósbodony's goalkeeper Henrik Vámosi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Domonkos Benedek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Emil Holzhauser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siklósbodony's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Tibor Virág scored to the left of an out of position Henrik Vámosi, making the score, 1-5. In the 83rd minute Valentin Gergely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Vámosi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Virág in the 89th minute of play forced Siklósbodony's goalkeeper Henrik Vámosi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Siklósbodony's goalkeeper Henrik Vámosi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domonkos Benedek. Sámuel Kárpáthy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Siklósbodony's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Virág came free, but Henrik Vámosi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrik Vámosi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Virág in the 97th minute of the match. The Pest Brawlers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pest Brawlers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
