Spectators: 7947 (Terracing: 5961, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gusztáv Borsó started the match with the kick off. Gusztáv Borsó struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Márton Baráth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szalafõ. Károly Lisztes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pál Kis having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Dömötör Dudics had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pál Kis. Szalafõ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dömötör Dudics was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 27 played minutes Szalafõ got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Szőnyi. Dömötör Dudics fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pál Kis having to interfere. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Szalafõ! In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Vörös Rózsa FC. József Füzesi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pál Kis. 0-2. Vörös Rózsa FC's Márton Baráth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gusztáv Borsó in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Norbert Mayer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szalafõ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Károly Lisztes in the 47th minute of play forced Szalafõ's goalkeeper Pál Kis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dömötör Dudics stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pál Kis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dömötör Dudics's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 57th match minute, Vörös Rózsa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dömötör Dudics to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Vörös Rózsa FC's Dömötör Dudics slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pál Kis. That made the score 1-3 after 65 minutes of play. In the 71st minute Gusztáv Borsó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márton Baráth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Vörös Rózsa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gusztáv Borsó came free, but Márton Baráth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Márton Baráth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gusztáv Borsó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dömötör Dudics kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
