The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Szentesi got free with Olivér Bögi in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Domonkos Honti might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over József Görbe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domonkos Honti ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Valentin Nyilasi put in a rough tackle. 16 minutes into the game, one of Rátót SE:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Vasas FC a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Domonkos Honti, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rátót SE's József Görbe. 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Vasas FC's Miklós Benkó nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. József Görbe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a little luck, Vasas FC's Olivér Bögi got control of the ball when Norbert Szentesi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Norbert Szentesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Norbert Szentesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Olivér Bögi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Molnár took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised József Görbe. József Görbe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Norbert Szentesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Olivér Bögi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olivér Bögi made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Norbert Szentesi sent off a good shot on target. Norbert Szentesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olivér Bögi having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Norbert Szentesi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norbert Szentesi to make the kick off. Norbert Szentesi struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Olivér Bögi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rátót SE. Olivér Bögi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Szentesi in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vasas FC's zone, Norbert Szentesi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olivér Bögi came out of the goal and Norbert Szentesi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Norbert Szentesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Norbert Szentesi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olivér Bögi. Vasas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norbert Szentesi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After 66 minutes, Miklós Fenyves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rátót SE and the Vasas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Antal Molnár came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Vasas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Molnár couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Vasas FC's goal looked a bit too open when György Puskás came free, but Olivér Bögi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasas FC's Olivér Bögi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Szentesi in the 72nd minute of play. Norbert Szentesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th match minute, Vasas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antal Molnár to maneuver through the defense. If Miklós Benkó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norbert Szentesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Olivér Bögi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olivér Bögi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from György Puskás in the 85th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Miklós Benkó got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kornél Lengyel kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rátót SE's Kornél Lengyel got a free kick in the 96th minute. Vasas FC's Domonkos Honti got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vasas FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
