Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Renato Dimitrov started the match with the kick off. If Miro Gamberožić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miro Gamberožić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stahoninec's Đino Dragin got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Začretje's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Dimitrov came free, but Petar Seko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match Andrej Jusić shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Belimir Matjašec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Belimir Matjašec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franko Baranović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Miro Gamberožić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Đino Dragin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 27th playminute. Goran Juravić hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Začretje's Andrej Jusić got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Marijan Flajs sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Začretje's Petar Seko didn't even have to move. Petar Seko came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Stahoninec's Đino Dragin. But to his dismay, Đino Dragin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Začretje's Petar Seko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Dimitrov in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franko Baranović was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Miro Gamberožić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Začretje's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miro Gamberožić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Đino Dragin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Petar Seko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Đino Dragin kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Đino Dragin in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petar Seko saved Začretje from getting behind. In the 66th match minute, Začretje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Rakamarić to maneuver through the defense. Stahoninec's Renato Dimitrov got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Rakamarić hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute of the match Marijan Flajs sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petar Seko skillfully saved the ball. If Đino Dragin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Začretje's Franko Baranović sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belimir Matjašec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute Đino Dragin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petar Seko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belimir Matjašec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franko Baranović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stahoninec's Renato Dimitrov got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Đino Dragin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Stahoninec getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Lazar Barković hit a great ball. Tonino Dretar's late challenge caught a Začretje's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tonino Dretar helped the player get up and apologised. 93 minutes in the game, Miro Gamberožić fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Belimir Matjašec having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Stahoninec had played much better football throughout.
