Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fabijan Guberina took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Roman Kranjčević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabijan Guberina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Većeslav Špehar having to interfere. Većeslav Špehar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franjo Paravina in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Beretinec's goal looked a bit too open when Mitar Ivić came free, but Dado Gašić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Beretinec! Donje Novo Selo Kalnik's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
