Božo Keglević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Cvitanović in the 3rd minute of the match. Adolfo Tiniebra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Tukša, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Ninoslav Iveković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Božo Keglević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Patrik Cvitanović notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Donji Laduč's Božo Keglević. Božo Keglević was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Donji Laduč's zone, Tomo Filković stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Božo Keglević came out of the goal and Tomo Filković tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Patrik Cvitanović dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Božo Keglević, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Patrik Cvitanović took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Božo Keglević to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st minute Patrik Cvitanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Božo Keglević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, FC Podhum's Patrik Cvitanović sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Božo Keglević narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Božo Keglević stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomo Filković's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, FC Podhum's goalkeeper Adolfo Tiniebra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pravdan Bjelobrk. In the 94th minute, FC Podhum's Klement Jakominić seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Klement Jakominić the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Podhum protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Klement Jakominić had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Podhum!
