DINAMO's Zdeslav Hozjak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Brcina in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Budulea in the 10th minute of play forced Žminj ONK's goalkeeper Grgur Mađar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vanja Kvarantan to maneuver through the defense. Zdeslav Hozjak made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Valter Malekin sent off a good shot on target. Zdeslav Hozjak was a little too slow when Valter Malekin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Zdeslav Hozjak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Brcina in the 17th minute of the match. Žminj ONK were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after DINAMO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valter Malekin took the corner. 22 minutes into the game, Henning Skröder threw the ball into play from the sideline. Žminj ONK's Stanislav Miškić quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Brcina in the 24th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Zdeslav Hozjak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Žminj ONK's Valter Malekin to fire away a dangerous shot which Zdeslav Hozjak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Grgur Mađar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Isak Katić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Zdeslav Hozjak made a huge save. When Fernando Catarinense came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the DINAMO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Catarinense couldn't finish the play. Henning Skröder hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Brcina to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Brcina in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdeslav Hozjak saved DINAMO from getting behind. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Henning Skröder hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the game, Valentin Brcina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Zdeslav Hozjak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sanjin Vlašić's late challenge caught a DINAMO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sanjin Vlašić helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Žminj ONK's Sanjin Vlašić got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to Žminj ONK getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sanjin Vlašić hit a great ball. Zdeslav Hozjak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Brcina in the 65th minute of the match. DINAMO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Budulea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Isak Katić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdeslav Hozjak was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 94th minute, Boro Bonačić made a precise shot to the right of Zdeslav Hozjak. DINAMO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. DINAMO's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Žminj ONK had won, even though DINAMO had held more of the ball.
