Joe Baud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Émilien Giraudo in the 7th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Jules Canivet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perrach and the SERBANNE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Perrach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jules Canivet to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes of play, SERBANNE's Evan Guilmin made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sidney Thevenot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salim Breuil struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Sidney Thevenot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SERBANNE. After 16 played minutes Perrach got a freekick which was hit by Amaury Mantel. After 18 minutes, Quentin Le Page mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perrach and the SERBANNE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Perrach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Le Page to maneuver through the defense. Lionel Brion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sidney Thevenot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Sidney Thevenot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evan Guilmin in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SERBANNE's Pierrick Soyer got a free kick in the 25th minute. Evan Guilmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Thevenot having to interfere. Jules Canivet got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Perrach's Jules Canivet got a free kick in the 36th minute. When SERBANNE's Pierrick Soyer in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Perrach's goalie prevented a goal. Perrach's Sidney Thevenot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Perrach from getting a goal against them. Émilien Giraudo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Joe Baud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perrach. Joe Baud came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Perrach's Émilien Giraudo. But to his dismay, Émilien Giraudo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pierrick Soyer made a kick off. Jean-Yves Cozette's late challenge caught a SERBANNE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Yves Cozette helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Perrach got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Yves Cozette. Sidney Thevenot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evan Guilmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Evan Guilmin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Perrach's Sidney Thevenot. Sidney Thevenot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Arthur Debord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidney Thevenot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evan Guilmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Arthur Debord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Thevenot having to interfere. Arthur Debord kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 74 minutes of play, Perrach's Émilien Giraudo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. SERBANNE's attentive Marc-Aurèle Pene managed to snatch the ball when Amaury Mantel made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. 80 minutes into the match, Perrach's goal looked a bit too open when Evan Guilmin came free, but Sidney Thevenot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Lionel Brion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SERBANNE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 87 minutes into the match, Lionel Brion had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sidney Thevenot. Perrach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel Brion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 91 minutes into the game, Pierrick Soyer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Sidney Thevenot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 96 minutes into the match, Émilien Giraudo notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of SERBANNE's Joe Baud. Joe Baud was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
